Horses are well-trained, energetic and calm, accustomed to long-distance riding and varied terrain. Accommodation is provided in designated boutique hotels for the full duration of the tour, and all meals listed in the itinerary are included, with one non-alcoholic drink per meal. Riders are encouraged to bring their own riding gear such as helmets and boots, although helmets can be supplied upon request. For safety and horse welfare, the maximum rider weight is 85 kg; riders above this limit may participate using two horses at an additional cost with prior arrangement.

Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, a private transfer takes you to Kilyos on the Black Sea coast. After check-in, the evening begins with a welcome dinner where you meet your guide and fellow riders. After breakfast, the ride begins through forest paths toward Sultan Mahmud II Dam and Valide Sultan Dam, followed by the historic Topuzlu Dam hidden deep in Belgrad Forest. Lunch is served at a private forest picnic area, followed by a peaceful return ride to the farm.
