Daylan Horse Ride Experience
This multi-day horseback riding tour is suitable for intermediate and experienced riders who are confident at trot, canter and gallop. Rides are conducted as a private guided group, following long trail routes and open canter tracks. Horses are well-mannered, energetic and trained for endurance-style riding. Accommodation is provided in boutique hotels, and breakfast, lunch and dinner are included with one non-alcoholic drink per meal.
Riders are advised to bring their own riding equipment such as helmets and boots, although helmets can be provided upon request. For horse welfare, the maximum rider weight is 85 kg. Riders above this limit may join using two horses for an additional fee.

Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel in the Dalyan region. In the evening, you meet your guide and fellow riders for dinner and a briefing about the riding days ahead.

After breakfast, transfer to the starting point where you meet your horse and become familiar with your riding equipment and pace. Once the horses are warmed up, the route leads through Sıvıambar Forest, orange groves and olive tree paths before crossing the Doğuşbelen River.
In the afternoon, the scenery changes to mountain tracks through coniferous forest, offering wide panoramic views over Köyceğiz Lake.

Descending through forested slopes, the ride continues toward the thermal springs of Sultaniye. After a traditional lunch, there is time to relax in the warm waters of the lake and thermal pools.
In the afternoon, a short ride reveals sweeping views over the Dalyan Lagoon. Following quiet trails and olive groves, riders reach the Mediterranean coast at the Dalyan Delta. Short canters are possible, and riding into the sea is permitted.

Morning riding follows lagoon-side trails toward the ancient city of Kaunos. In the afternoon, horses rest while guests travel by boat through the reed-lined waterways to the town of Dalyan, where a seafood lunch is served.

Access to the riding area is by boat across the Dalyan River. The trail passes orchards and old mule paths before descending through a sandstone canyon toward İztuzu Beach. Lunch is followed by time for swimming and a visit to the Caretta Caretta Turtle Conservation Center.
The route then continues through oleander trees and mountain tracks toward an open clearing with wide views.

Riding through forest rich in diverse vegetation, the route descends toward Sarıgerme Beach. After crossing the Dalaman River, lunch is served picnic-style by the sea with time for swimming.
In the afternoon, the trail climbs through aromatic mountain paths scented with bay laurel, thyme and mint, passing olive groves and a hidden Roman cistern before reaching open countryside.

Designed for experienced riders, it provides an authentic horse riding holiday in Turkey’s southwestern landscapes.
Important Notes
· Travel insurance is mandatory for all riders.
· Accommodation is provided at the designated hotel for the entire tour duration.
· Daily routes may be modified based on weather or local conditions.
· Meals are traditional with fixed menus. Additional food or drink requests are not included.
· Lunches may be served picnic-style.
· Guests deviating from the standard program (late arrival or early departure) will cover any extra costs.
· Dinners may be served at the hotel or a local restaurant.
· For late arrivals on the first day, a sandwich will be provided in the room.
· Optional activities are not included in the package and are subject to extra charges.
· Transfers for evening entertainment are not included.
· Entrance fees to museums, historical sites, ferry rides, or bicycle rentals are not included. Please carry cash for these.
· Airport transfers are available between 08:30 – 18:30. Outside these hours, private transfers
can be arranged (additional charges apply).
· Minimum age: 12 years. Children below this age may join only with parents and prior approval.
Payment Plan
· A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
· The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 30 days before the tour start date.
Cancellation Conditions
· If cancellation notice is given 90 days or more prior to the arrival date, a full refund will be
provided.
